Love this before and after pair! Great watercolor technique.
The red apple is one of the most beautiful watercolor apples I've ever seen! ... I have painted dozens of apples (Cezanne was one of my early favorites) and this one is great!! And I love Frost too: now I'll have to get down my poetry books and read more.
Great job on these watercolors. I love apples and that green one looks like it has been enjoyed to the last bite and now has been left abandoned and turning brown. Such a story there. :)
Glad your getting home again. wow two more to go. Enjoy your time at home.
Love these sketches...
Merci beaucoup, Sue, for your frequent visits and your wonderful comments and support.
Get home safe...
Thank you, everyone! I am home now, but busy doing expense reports and wash and paying bills etc. I'll post when I can! Have a beautiful fall day!

Your apples and pears have been fabulous, Sue! And the Frost lines completely adorable. Happy travels and enjoy your time at home. Just in time for Treat or Treat!:)
I love the apple and Robert Frost is always a favourite. But I really want to comment on the lovely perfume bottle paintings. I have two old (over a hundred years, I suppose) perfume bottle of my Gran's. One is blue glass with a silver engraved stopper. They would be perfect for you to paint.
Are you on the road with exhibitions, I wonder?
Thanks, everyone! I definitely have to practice on these apples. LOL
Eleanor, the bottle of your grandmother's sounds lovely. As for on the road for exhibitions, I'm laughing--no--I'm on the road for work--I am a recruiter for Duke University's Nicholas School of the Environment, and in the fall, I travel all over the country to colleges and universities to tell them about our programs.
Nice watercolors :)
Your artwork is a joy to view
Cassoulet Cafe--thank you so much!
