"Me and ice cream. Best friends forever." (-Jessi Lane Adams)

“The 12-step chocoholics program:
Never be more than 12 steps away from chocolate.”
(-Terry Moore)

I have behaved on the road so far, but Thursday is my birthday, and I may just have to splurge and go for a dessert in the next day or so! What do you think? (C'mon--help me not feel too guilty!)

(I had to post early so I could watch the debates Tuesday. Hope you all did, too!)

Many happy returns of the day, Sue. Terry Moore is a very smart person!, I like the twelve step programe, I think as it is your birthday you should go ahead and treat yourself, you have been working and travelling so much you deserve it and if you get an ice-cream exactly like your painting then I am sure you will not regret it! enjoy!. Kathy.

Happy Birthday, however or wherever you are.

Back from my visit "across the ditch" and now I must reclaim the blog from the cats...

Thanks, all!
Cris, it's 54 this time. I never worry about getting older. My hardest years were when I was younger!

No one has taken notice of the fact that (if I'm not mistaken) this could be called a sort of "golden b'day". I know it's supposed to be the date as in my golden b'day was when I was 5, since I was born on May 5. So I hope you will have chocolate on the actual day. You deserve it!

Thanks, Ronelle and Jane! Jane, that sounds like a plan to me, and you're probably right--it must be significant, eh!?
